August O. Stofferahn
August O. Stofferahn joined the Tobin Law Group in 2009. His practice focuses on counseling providers and consumers of telecommunications and Internet services. Mr. Stofferahn represents these clients in litigation, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.

From 2003 through 2008, Mr. Stofferahn was an associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, a large international law firm. His practice there included secundment to Pacific Bell's legal department, as well as litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in matters involving antitrust, real estate, business torts, securities, privacy and First Amendment law.

Mr. Stofferahn received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2003, where he served on the University of Chicago Law Review, and a B.A., cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College in 1996. He is a member of the Bar in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
